LET IT GO.

Some argue,it is natural to feel hatred and anger towards others who have at a point in time betrayed your trust or impacted your life in a way that is not desirable.There is much strength behind those feelings enough to cause arguments,fights and so many other things.

 They say again that the human feeling is not like a computer system that things can be deleted from at will,even computer systems they say have back up avenues.So they say do not expect me to forget it like that it takes time,besides you should have done better.Sometimes we choose not to forgive for reasons so justified we cling to bitterness and resentment.

We replay past mistakes of others in our head allowing feelings of regret and betrayal to shape our actions and decisions in the present.There will never be a time when life is simple.There will always be time to practice accepting that fact.Remind yourself that anger and bitterness hurts you more than the person that upset you.Always remember this,if you let go a little,you have little peace.If you let go a lot,you have a lot of peace.
